這兩天如雨後春筍般一直出現 KPoP 挑中台北舉辦演唱會的新聞，看完之後～真是擔心大家的錢包啊！加上三位大爺外加一位已經在當地玩耍的大爺，一起前往 LA… 看樣子，小黃們真的要開始準備迎接水晶們的 ________ (請自行填空）啦！

 

是說想把錢包養肥的時候，歪居一直出周邊...
但看了一下～我們是不是該感謝「看來好像很有後台的某公司美X組」？  
人家我們小黃的錢包也是很有尊嚴的～ 這種設計想搶劫我們的錢包，真的是門兒都沒有...

 

 

總之，在煩惱 CB 之前，先來煩惱一下 527 即將登場的隊長大人 [1 The Land] 台北 Private Stage 的搶票吧！

在此先為大家獻上 iBon 「網路系統購票流程」教學說明～！ 雖然….你我他都知道這系統真的「超.級.不.穩…..」 ，但是，機台也不見得就…. 所以，保險起見，我們還是機台＋系統都好好的跟他熟悉一點吧！

 

 

iBon 系統購票 說明  Ticketing Instruction

iBon 티켓 예매하는 방법

 

基本上，iBon 的售票平台可分為兩種：「iBon 機台售票」和「iBon 線上系統售票」。 機台售票也許有蠻多小黃都蠻熟悉的！以台灣 7-11 的密度，加上 iBon 機台可繳費、買車票、儲值…. 族繁不及備載的萬用功能，應該很少人沒接觸過 iBon 機台。

Basically, iBon ticketing can be divided into two platforms: iBon machine ticketing & iBon online ticketing. For the iBon machine, indeed Taiwanese use iBon machines so frequently (to pay for concert or even high speed rail tickets, fees, or charge for mobile phones… etc.) because there are so many 7ELEVEN (7-11) convenience stores in Taiwan.

所以，我們這次主要介紹 iBon online system 的購票流程，希望這 step-by-step 的教學指引，可以幫助大家順利地搶到隊長大人的演唱會門票囉！

However, iBon machines are located in 7-11 so this type of ticketing is mostly for people in Taiwan to apply. Therefore, we just introduce the iBon online ticketing system and the process of purchasing tickets. Hopefully, this step-by-step instruction may help anyone who needs to buy tickets from this system!

From here, we will apply three languages （ in the step-by-step instruction to help you better understand the ticketing process in iBon website.)

 
＃ 註冊 Sign-up New Account #

 

在此有兩種方法可以註冊會員，第一種是加入 iBon Mart，第二種是用 FB 帳號連動登入！ To sign-up, you may apply two different methods:  1) Join iBon Mart;  2) Use Facebook account login.

 

1. iBon Mart 會員註冊 Member Sign-up

(This step will proceed to phone verification process. For foreign members, our oversea YC staff has tried that foreign number seems unable to pass the verification process. If you experience the same situation, please choose “Sign-up with Facebook account.” )

  • 首先，請從 https://ticket.ibon.com.tw/Web/  的網址連進 iBon 售票網站
  • 點選右上角「註冊」，系統會帶你到 iBon Mart 的 會員加入的說明網頁，勾選同意服務條款後，按「下一步」  [에서 로그인해주세요 (해외 팬분들 페복으로 로그인 추천해요~~) ]

 

  •  個人資料設定的部分，請逐一填寫下列資訊。  [개인정보 입력해주세요 (페복으로 로그인하면 이부분 pass~~)]
    • 會員帳號 (user name, 아이디) ：在此要以 email 作為帳號，請輸入正確的 email address。Your username is your email address. Please input correct email address.  [이메일 주소를 입력해주세요]
    • 設定密碼 (password, 비밀번호)：請設定 8~20字元的密碼，要包含兩個英文字＋兩個數字（password needs to include 8~20 digits which should contain at least 2 English character + 2 numbers; no punctuation)  [8-20자로 만드는데, 반드시 영어 2자와 숫자 2자를 포함해서 설정해주세요.]
    • 密碼確認輸入 (re-enter your password, 비밀번호 다시 입력해주세요)
    • 姓名 (Name, 이름)
    • 性別 (Gender, 성별)： Male/Female
    • 出生年月日 (Date of Birth, 생년월일)
    • 聯絡電話-市話手機選擇一項輸入即可。 Contacting number (Cell phone or your Land line)   [연락처(휴대폰 번호나 전화 번호 입력해주세요)] 
      •  <For oversea member, if you cannot input your cellphone number, please try “09+ (your cell phone number)” (so… if your cellphone number is 012345678，please input “09012345678” ) >
    • 訂閱電子報 Register e-news paper
    • 推薦人帳號 Referred account (if no referree, leave blank)  [추천인 아이디(추천인 없으면 이부분 pass~)]
    • 驗證碼  (Verification code,  자동입력 방지문지)： iBon 網站真的非常熱愛驗證碼，每一步驟都要驗證

 

 

  • 按下送出（Confirm)，接下來系統會寄出一封啟動帳號的信到你的 email 信箱，請記得在三十天內啟動帳號，不然會被刪除喔！ After you confirm with the personal information, the system will send an activation email to you. Please click the link in your email to activate your account in 30 days, otherwise your account will be deleted.    [확인을 누르면, 인증 이메일을 받을 거에요. 30일 안에 이메일 안에 링크를 눌러 계정을 활성화 해야해요.]

 

2. Facebook 帳號連動登入  Using Facebook Account Login: 

  • 在註冊頁面點選 Facebook 帳號連動登入。 In the Sign-up page, click “Facebook Account Login.”

 

  • 授權 iBon Ticket 取得你的 Facebook 帳號個人資訊。 Authorize iBon ticketing to get your Facebook account personal information.

 

 

  • Facebook 授權頁面許可說明，請點選「同意」，並輸入正確的出生年月日資訊。 Read through the authorization details, then click “I have read through the details and agree the terms.” Then, input your date of birth (please make sure to input CORRECT date of birth!!).

 

 

  • 按下「確認登入」，即完成會員註冊。 Click “Confirm” and you have finished the registration (sign-up) process!

 

＃開始購票流程 Ticketing Process #

 

＊＊＊ 請注意，根據主辦單位的公告，這次的售票不論是 iBon 機台或是 online system 都會有「兩個問題」需要在購票前回答，才能進入購票介面搶票（據說兩個問題都是用數字回答的問題）。 Please note that there will be “problem proxy” for entering into the [1 The Land] ticketing page this time. You will need to answer two questions (basically it can be answered by inputting “numbers”) to enter the ticketing purchase page. ＊＊＊

 

Step 1. 從購票網址進入 iBon Ticketing，點選線上購票 Click Online Purchase。 Enter iBon Ticketing from  https://ticket.ibon.com.tw/Web/ActivityInfo/Details/31486.  Then, click “Online Purchase”

  • 因為隊長的購票網址還沒出來，我們這邊先以 BAP 的購票網頁當作示範～ Here, we use B.A.P. ticketing page as an example!

 

Step 2.  確認日期場次，再次點選線上購票 Confirm date and click online purchase 

    [날짜와 회차를 확인하고 다시 “예매하기” 클릭해주세요]

 

Step 3. 回答兩則通關問題 Answer two questions regarding Jiwon  

     [지원오빠 관련 있는 질문 2개 대답하기]

  • 本次購票，主辦單位有設置通關問題，根據主辦單位所分享的 iBon 機台購票流程說明，題目內容是用「數字回答」，而且會有兩則題目。 This time, the ticketing process includes problem proxy. You will need to first answer 2 questions to enter the ticketing page. Based on the process instruction guide provided by the program promotor, if you are using iBon machine to purchase tickets, there will be 2 questions which can be answered by using “numbers.”
  • 需回答正確答案，才能進入下一個步驟。 You will need to provide correct answers to these two questions to get through.
  • 이번 티켓팅 시작전에 질문 2개 있어요. 정답을 맞춰야 예매 페이지를 들어갈 수 있어요.

Step 4. 選擇座位區域 Choose Seating Zone     [구역&좌석 선택방법]

  • 請先選擇自行選位或電腦配位 Please choose select manually or computer generated
  • 然後，挑選座位區域。請注意，深灰色底色的區域為「完售」的區域，要趕快點白色的區域喔！ Then, choose your seating zone! Please note that the zone with dark grey shading means “sold out” so just select the white shading zone and proceed to the next step.
  • 일단 좌석 배치방법(수동으로나 자동으로) 선택하고 원한 구역을 선택해주세요. (회색 음영 있는 구역은 매진된 구역이에요~ 흰색 구역 선택하자~~~)

 

 

Step 4.1a  電腦配位 座位確認 Computer generated seats confirmation  

     [ 좌석 확인하기 ( 자동으로 배정한 분) ]

  • 假如同時要購買兩張以上的票卷（一人一次最多可點四張），怕會敲不到連號的座位的話，可以先選擇「不連號座位」 If you would like to purchase more than 2 tickets (each person may purchase 4 tickets), you may choose “Not adjacent seats” to avoid failure in purchasing adjacent seats.
  • 輸入票卷張數  Draw down the number of tickets
  • 輸入認證碼 Input verification code
  • 下一步 Next step
  • 티켓 2매이상 예매 원한분 :“연석 자리 아님 승낙하기” 버튼 누르면 연석없어서 티켓팅 실패하는 상황을 피할수 있어요.
  • 예매수량하고 자동입력 방지문자 입력해주세요

 

 

Step 4.1b 手動選位 座位確認 Select Manually and confirm your seating

   [좌석 확인하기 ( 수동으로 배정한 분) ]

  • 選擇空著的座位 Choose seat(s) not occupied
  • 輸入驗證碼 Input verification code
  • 下一步 Next step
  • 좌석 선택하고 자동입력 방지문자 입력해주세요

 

 

 

Step 4.2.  購票確認 Confirm with your purchase   [ 예매 확인하기 ]

  • 假如沒有要再增加其他區域的座位訂單，請確認座位後，快速往下拉 If you are not going to add any other purchase, please scroll down as soon as possible.
  • 輸入手機電話（供客服人員有必要時聯絡之用），email 為系統直接帶入之資訊 Input your cellphone number for service contacts if needed (for oversea members, please remember to use  “09+ your cell phone number” ). E-mail address will appear automatically.
  • 勾選詳讀並同意後，按下一步 Click confirm and go to next step
  • 다른 주문 없으면 가장 빠른 속도로 스크롤 다운하세요!!
  • 전화번호 입력하고 “동의 하기” 클릭해주세요~

YC Note:

  • 해외팬은 “09+전화번호”를 적어주세요  만약 09+전화번호가 10자리 이상인경우
    “09+전화번호 8자리”만 적어주세요 (예를들어 번호가 01012345678이라면 0901012345로 적으면 됩니다)
  • For oversea members, please try “09+ (your cell phone number).” if your cellphone number is more than 10digits, input “09+8digits”  (Ex: if your cellphone number is 01012345678，please input “0901012345.” )

 

 

 

Step 4.3  再次確認票卷資訊與取票資訊 Re-confirm with the ticketing information 

[주문 정보 다시 확인하기]

  • 因為 iBon online ticketing 只收信用卡付款，所以系統會自行帶入信用卡付款的資訊 [註：系統接受所有國家發行的 Visa, Master 及 JCB 卡（已與 iBon 客服人員確認過囉）]。  Currently, iBon online ticketing only accepts credit card payment. “Visa, Master and JCB cards issued by foreign country are accepted.”
  • 取票方式因為隊長的活動尚未公告，以 BAP 為例，他們的取票方式為「iBon 取票」。For ticket pick up, Jiwon’s concert information has not yet announced so we take BAP’s example… their pick-up approach is “Pick-up at iBon machine.”
  • 另外，每筆票卷會收取30元的手續費喔! Each ticketing will be charged a ticketing process fee for $30 NTD.
  • 按下一步，就會立即進入信用卡付款程序 Press next step and then you will proceed to the credit card payment process
  • ibon online ticketing은 카드결제만 가능해요~(Visa, Master, JCB카드만 가능해요~~)
  • 수령방법은 대만 세븐일레븐 ibon 기기에서 수령할 수 있어요. 세븐일레븐은 30NTD 수속비를 받을 거예요
  • “ 다음단계” 누르먼 카드 결제수속을 할 수 있어요

 

 

 

Step 5. 信用卡線上付款 Credit Card Online Payment   [ 결제하기 ]

  • 請輸入信用卡號，有效截止月年和卡片的驗證碼三碼後，按確認付款 Please input your credit card number, expire date and your CVV2 code
  • 之後會進入信用卡 3D 密碼驗證程序（因為這邊我們沒有買 BAP 的票，所以就無法把付款的密碼驗證流程圖給大家看了）。 假如你的信用卡發卡銀行採取的是浮動密碼，則請在接受簡訊驗證碼後，輸入密碼完成線上付款程序。（固態密碼則可直接輸入後，完成線上付款） Then, you will enter a Credit card 3D password verification process. If your credit card issued bank applies floating password, just enter the verification code sent via SMS message to finish your online payment process. (for fixed code, just enter and finish the online payment)
  • 카드 번호, 유효기간하고 cvc/cvv번호 입력하고 확인 클릭해주세요
    그 다음, 카드 3D 인증절차 들어갈 거예요. 3D인증은 결제할때 카드 발행한 은행 문자로 비밀번호를 보낼 거에요. 그  비밀번호 받고 입력하면 결제를  완료돼요!!

 

 

 

Step 6. 訂單確認查詢  Confirm with your ticketing via my tickets   [주문내역 확인하기]

  • 如需確認訂票是否成功，可點擊首頁右上方的票卷查詢處 If you would like to check with the details for your ticketing, you may click “my ticket” corner
  • 在票卷查詢的頁面會出現目前票卷預定的狀況，可點入查看明細。基本上，票卷購買確認資訊及取票的密碼，會在購票後半小時到兩小時內出現 Then, the page will show your current ticketing details. You can click “details” to see the confirmation information. The pick-up code for your ticket normally will appear here in 30mins to 2 hours (subject to the situation of the system….)
  • 주문내역에서 예매내역 확인할 수 있어요~ 수령할때 필요한 비밀번호는 구매후 30분부터 2시간까지 나올 거예요
